What is a Ramen Factory？
The Ramen Factory offers a unique hands-on experience making authentic Japanese ramen from scratch. Knead noodles, prepare Chashu and customize flavors and toppings to create your perfect bowl. Enjoy your freshly made ramen on-site, immerse yourself in Japanese food culture with our friendly instructors, and create unforgettable memories at the Ramen Factory!
What you will do
01 Making noodles
You will make ramen noodles from the wheat flour.
02 Making the Chashu
You will make Chashu from scratch.
03 Boiling the noodles
You will cook the noodles using an authentic noodle boiling machine, just like those found in traditional ramen restaurants.
04 Topping
The Japanese ramen dish you create here is truly unique, offering a one-of-a-kind experience found nowhere else in the world.

If you cancel your booking 1 day or less before the event, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
