What you will do
  • 01. Making Gyoza Wrappers
    You will craft your gyoza wrappers from scratch.
  • 02. Choosing gyoza filling
    You will choose your ingredients from a wide variety of fillings.
  • 03. Wrapping your chosen filling ingredients
    You will wrap the filling in the gyoza dough and shape it to form your unique creation.
  • 04. Grilling the gyoza
    You will use an authentic gyoza grilling machine to cook the gyoza, ensuring a beautiful, crispy lace forms on the bottom.
