How booking works
A fixed hold date and final-number date let us guarantee your slot in peak season.

Send your date, group size and needs with the quote form below.
- Quote & provisional hold
We hold your slot for 30 days from the date of the quote (standard).
- Confirmation
Confirm by the hold date. Final numbers and the name list deadline will be confirmed with your quote.
- Cut-off
Bookings close 5 days before the date.
- Invoice
Trade partners are invoiced after the experience, payable by bank transfer by the end of the following month.

What group sizes can you host?
Join-in classes take 1–14 guests. Groups of 15–50 are hosted together at Kitaoji.
Do tour leaders join free?
Yes. One tour leader joins free for every 15 paying guests.
What is the booking deadline?
Bookings close 5 days before the date.
How do we pay?
Trade partners are invoiced after the experience, payable by bank transfer by the end of the following month.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We hold commercial liability insurance with Sompo Japan, covering up to ¥300M per incident.
Do you run in the rain?
Yes. The experience is fully indoors.
Can a group of 15+ join regular classes?
Groups of 15+ are hosted together at Kitaoji and are not split across join-in classes.
Is there coach parking?
Drop-off is near Kitaoji Stn. Exit 5. We will advise the coach waiting area when you book.
